$16.65 Million of Tulsa Industrial Properties Trade Hands

The $16.65 million sale of a ten-property industrial portfolio formerly owned by RREEF America II, a part of world-wide investment firm RREEF Alternative Investments was finalized today.

Tulsa-based Case Ventures LLC purchased the portfolio, comprised of 374,436 SF of Class A industrial properties, including Katy Crow Distribution Center, Freeport Trade Center, Business Commons Tech Center and Southeast Tech Center.

The portfolio was 92 percent leased at the time of sale.

Bob Pielsticker, SIOR and Brian Hunt, CCIM of CB Richard Ellis/Oklahoma represented the Seller, while Tony Aaronson with CB Richard Ellis/Oklahoma represented the buyer.
