Arvest Coming to Tahlequah, Jenks

Arvest Bank plans to open two new Tulsa-area locations in the coming months.
On July 5th, the Bentonville-based bank broke ground on a new 4,000 SF branch in Tahlequah. The facility is tentatively scheduled to open in late December. Arvest plans to further expand their regional banking footprint by 2007 with the opening of a location in Jenks.
The Tahlequah branch is at 1720 S. Muscogee Ave., in front of Lowe’s Home Improvement, on approximately 1.3 acres of land. The new location will have four drive-thru lanes, a drive-up ATM, and a night deposit lane.
The Jenks branch will be located at 420 S. Elm and will feature the same floor plan as the Tahlequah bank. The Jenks location will open in June 2007.
Both buildings were designed by Tulsa architectural firm McFarland-Davies and are being built by Oakridge Builders Inc., a subsidiary of The Flintco Companies Inc. of Tulsa.
McFarland-Davies has also designed the 43rd & Garnett, 81st & 169, Midtown Tulsa, Owasso, and Mountain Home, Ark.. Avest bank buildings.
The Arvest Bank Group consists of banks in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri. Arvest has total assets of over $7.0 billion and nearly 4,500 employees.
