BOk Announces Appointments and Promotions

Stanley A. Lybarger, President and CEO, Bank of Oklahoma, N.A., and BOK Financial Corp., has announced the following appointments and promotions:

Appointments:

Brenda E. Batchelor was appointed vice president, corporate trust administrator III in the consumer banking and wealth management division. Prior to joining the bank, Batchelor was previously employed with JPMorganChase.

Brent A. Crandall was appointed to vice president, trader III in the consumer banking and wealth management division. Prior to joining the bank, Crandall was employed with Zion Bank.

Cynthia A. Creger was appointed vice president, asset liability strategist in the Institutional Investments division of BOSC, Inc. Prior to joining the bank, Creger was previously employed with JPMorganChase.

Stephen T. Grider was appointed to officer, instore assistant branch manager in the consumer banking and wealth management division. Prior to joining the bank, Grider was employed with MidFirst Bank.

Charles R. Martinez and Kevin Rubin were both appointed to vice president, senior process engineer in the operations and technology division. Martinez, formerly employed with Bank of America, earned his bachelor’s degree at Arizona State University. Rubin, formerly employed with Commerce Bank, earned his bachelor’s degree at Lehigh University and his MBA from Monmouth University.

Joanne M. McIntyre was appointed to officer, senior relationship manager-Transfund in the commercial banking division. Prior to joining the bank, McIntyre was employed with HSBC Card Services.

Edmund L. Moore was appointed to assistant vice president, branch manager I in the consumer banking and wealth management division. Prior to joining the bank, Moore was employed with Legacy Texas Bank.

Amie L. Nelson was appointed to officer, assistant branch manager in the consumer banking and wealth management division. Prior to joining the bank, Nelson was employed with CPI-Sears Portrait Studio.

Debbie Saunders was appointed to vice president, corporate compensation in the finance and administration division. Prior to joining the bank, Saunders was employed with Level 3 Communications (WilTel Communications). She earned her bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University.

Heather D. Smith was appointed to officer, assistant branch manager in the consumer banking and wealth management division. Prior to joining the bank, Smith was employed with BancFirst.

Mike Westerman was appointed to senior financial consultant. Prior to working for the bank, he had stints with Arvest and RCB Bank. Westerman received his bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma Wesleyan University and has 12 years experience in the financial services industry.

Keith D. Bland was promoted to officer, business analyst II in the operations and technology division. He has been employed with the bank since May 2004.

Lewis T. Cunningham was promoted to officer, credit specialist III in the commercial banking division. He has been employed with the bank since August 2004.

Andy M. Curby was promoted to officer, operations manager III in the operations and technology division. He has been employed with the bank since February 2004.

Glen P. Curole was promoted to senior vice president, business resiliency director in the operations and technology division and has been employed with the bank since April 2006. Curole earned his bachelor’s degree at Louisiana State University and his graduate banking degree from Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He has more than 15 years experience and certification as a continuity professional.

Jennifer M. Heslar was promoted to officer, community development portfolio officer in the consumer banking and wealth management division. She has been employed with the bank since June 2004.

Lisa Y. Reed was promoted to vice president, branch manager IV in the consumer banking and wealth management division. She has been employed with the bank since February 2003 and has more than 10 years in the banking industry.

Carissa J. Seal and Roy J. Taylor were both promoted to assistant vice president, instore branch manager II in the consumer banking and wealth management division. Seal has been employed with the bank since February 2002 and Taylor since December 2002.

Brad Steele was promoted to vice president, trader III in the consumer banking and wealth management division. He has been employed with the bank since January 2006. Steele earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Oklahoma State University.

Sandra L. Thomas was promoted to senior vice president, operations manager VI in the operations and technology division. She has been employed with the bank since June 1994 and has more than 30 years in the banking industry.

Sherry J. Troutman was promoted vice president, business application delivery manager, in the operations and technology division. She has been employed with the bank since November 1999.

Hope C. Williams was promoted to officer, credit specialist II (BBG) in the commercial banking division. She has been employed with the bank since March 2005.

Brian K. Wilson was promoted to officer, trust systems analyst in the consumer banking and wealth management division. He has been employed with the bank since September 2005.
