Brookhaven Plaza Acquired By Summit for $2.1 Million

Summit Asset Management has acquired the Brookhaven Plaza Apartments, 1441 SW Santa Fe Ave., in Bartlesville for $2.1 million.
The low-income housing complex was built in 1970 and sold for about $17,500 per unit. Summit has begun renovating the property under a 12-month plan in which it is investing upwards of $26,000 per unit. The company is financing the work using low income tax credits.
William Forrest of CB Richard Ellis in Oklahoma City represented the seller, Brookhaven Plaza Apartments LP. Summit Asset Management handled the deal for the buyer.
