Case Buys Cedar Glade for $8.75 Million

Cedar Glade Apartment Investors dba Crowne Partners Inc. of Birmingham have sold the Cedar Glade Apartments to Cedar Glade Apartments LLC dba Case and Associates Properties Inc. for $8.75 million. The property appraised for $6.39 in 2005.
Built in 1984, the complex is located at 9713 E. 75th St. and includes about 234,000 SF of rentable space on three floors. The complex features 120 one-bedroom, 132 two-bedroom, and 24 three-bedroom apartments.
The apartment amenities include two pools, a fitness center, and a clubhouse.
Case and Associates will self manage the property.
