Catoosa Shopping Center Sells for $10 Million

The Catoosa Shopping Center, 2400 N. Highway 66, a 73,000-SF shopping center anchored by a 55,000-SF Reasor’s Grocery, has sold to a California investment group dba Catoosa Management LLC for $10 million.
The center, which is 86 percent leased, also includes Cheers Wine and Spirits and Goodwin Chiropractic. A Lil’ Reasor’s convenience store occupies one outparcel of the center.
A second, 1.29-acre outparcel sits vacant and is for sale, said George O’Connor of Mid America Realty Inc. of Tulsa.
According to O’Conner, negotiations are under way with several restaurants to fill the remaining square footage in the center.
The Catoosa Shopping Center, which opened in late 2005, was sold by Supermarket Developers Inc., a Kansas City-based commercial developer.
The transaction was brokered by O’Connor and Jim Spinks.
