The property is currently 97 percent occupied. The buyers plan to make improvements to the property. Max. A. Heidenreich and Raymond W. Prism Partners LLC has acquired 6504 E. 44th St. from G & L Investments for $2.4 million. The building is 102,214 SF on 4.62 acres with frontage on Sheridan Road. The building is leased to Corporate Express and was bought for investment purposes. Matt Klimisch, SIOR, CCIM and Tom O’Brien, SIOR, CCIM both with CB Richard Ellis/Oklahoma handled the sale.
