Cinemark to Build in Broken Arrow

Cinemark Theatres will build a movie theater at the Park at Adams Creek in Broken Arrow on land north of Kenosha Street near County Line Road.
City spokesman Keith Sterling said officials so far had only “preliminary contact” with the Plano, Texas-based chain, and no plans had yet been submitted.
Cinemark, founded in 1984, is the third largest movie theater chain in North America with more than 1,000 screens.
It has both multiplex and IMAX screens in east Tulsa at 10802 E. 71st St. and a multi-screen theater at 3812 S. Elm Place.
