The Eastgate Metroplex development plan is intended to transform the property formerly known as Eastland Mall from primarily retail space to a new mixed-use development maintaining a retail presence, but introducing different levels of office, service providers, entertainment, and social services.
The project will take shape over the next several months with construction and announcements of new tenants.
The vision is to increase activity in the area while serving all of Tulsa.
The new DPS office includes drivers license exam facility, and exterior and interior renovations at Eastgate Metroplex.
Current tenants include Coca-Cola Enterprises, University of Phoenix, Kaffe Bona, Mickey’s Family Fun Center, Community Action Project of Tulsa County’s Early Childhood Education Center, Workforce Oklahoma, Westar Mortgage, IBC Bank, Alorica and DPS.
