Executive Flight Services Expands at Love Field

Executive Flight Services expands operations at Dallas Love Field — adding a 2005 Gulfstream G150, a 1999 Falcon 50EX and a 1996 Beechjet 400A to its charter certificate.
The aircraft management and services company is owned by Executive AirShare.
Executive Flight Services manages 11 jet and turboprop aircraft, in addition to the 17 aircraft in the Executive AirShare fractional program, and maintains office, hangar and maintenance facilities, as well as a full-time staff of pilots, at both Fort Worth Meacham International Airport and Dallas Love Field Airports.
“Many of our charter customers and aircraft owners prefer to use Love Field as their base of operations,” said Keith Plumb, president and chief operating officer of Executive Flight Services. “Adding these aircraft and staff will ensure that our owners receive the personal service and prompt response they expect, as well as help us manage the growth of our charter and managed aircraft fleet in the coming years.”
Executive Flight Services, formally Flight Services Company, was founded in 1992. The company has operations at Meacham Airport in Fort Worth and at Textar Aviation at Dallas’ Love Field.
In December 2007, Executive Flight Services was awarded the National Business Aviation Association’s Corporate Business Flying Safety Award for the sixteenth consecutive year.
In 2008, Executive Flight Services was acquired by Kansas City, Mo.-based Executive AirShare, a fractional aircraft ownership company that also acquired Ft. Worth-based FSJet Limited, which held an order with Embraer for 14 Phenom 100 aircraft, some of which were pre-sold. Executive Flight Services will manage the pre-sold aircraft, and the unsold aircraft will be inventoried for the Executive AirShare fractional ownership program or sold outright and managed by Executive Flight Services.
