Flintco Promotes Heck, Blose

The Flintco Companies, Inc., the largest Native American owned company and one of the largest commercial contractors in the nation, has named Lowell Heck as vice president of corporate operations and Jim Blose as vice president/area manager of Tulsa operations.
In his new role, Heck will work on companywide operations initiatives, such as further development of Flintco’s Building Information Modeling (BIM) capabilities, refinement of Flintco’s proprietary operations software, methods of construction delivery and other key components of the company’s strategic plan. Heck previously served as vice president/area manager of Tulsa operations.
“This new role will enable the entire company to benefit from Lowell’s in-depth knowledge of our industry and our company systems and processes,” said David Kollmann, division president.
Blose will fulfill Heck’s previous role as vice president/area manager for the Tulsa operations. His primary responsibilities will be to identify potential projects, and direct daily operations and long range planning. He will also plan, staff and supervise activities and monitor quality of work. Blose, who previously served as vice president/area manager of Springfield operations, brings 25 years of experience as a superintendent, project manager and area manager.
“Jim has been instrumental in several high profile projects we have done, including the Donald W. Reynolds Center at the University of Tulsa, Hillcrest Hospital Women’s Center and several national John Q. Hammons Hotels. He is a valuable addition to our Tulsa team,” said Kollmann.
