Fred Lysak has recently been named President of the Pipeline Equipment Division of CRC-Evans Pipeline International, Inc. Lysak was previously the General Manager for International Operations of the Pipeline Equipment Division.
In his new position, Lysak will be responsible for all Pipeline Equipment sales and operations in the United States as well as on a world-wide basis. He will be located in Tulsa.
Mike Borodawka, Vice-President/General Manager, CRC-Evans Canada, and Lotfi Housni, President, SOMICO, will report to Lysak.
Lysak has held several executive positions with CRC-Evans Pipeline International since he joined the company in 1999.
He has served as Vice-President/General Manager, CRC-Evans Canada, Ltd.; President, CRC-Evans Canada, Inc. and President, CRC-Evans Weighting Systems, Inc.
CRC-Evans Pipeline Equipment builds pipeline construction equipment, including pipe bending machines, ditch padding equipment, pipe handling and support equipment, pipe facing and beveling machines, internal line-up clamps, and laybarge and coating plant equipment.
The company is a division of CRC-Evans Pipeline International, a provider of specialized equipment and services for the construction of pipelines. CRC-Evans manufactures pipeline-construction equipment and automatic welding systems, and provides field joint coating, weighting, heat treatment, and inspection services. Based in Houston, CRC-Evans maintains offices in North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
