Freshberry Coming to OSU, OU

Beautiful Brands International signs two franchise agreements to open FreshBerry Frozen Yogurt Cafés on or near the campuses of the University of Oklahoma in Norman and Oklahoma State University in Stillwater.
The new stores are slated to open in the second quarter.
“I can’t tell you how incredible it is for FreshBerry to be near two great campuses like this,” said David Rutkauskas, BBI founder president and CEO.
Company executives saw how successful the FreshBerry in Charleston, S.C., was when they opened near the College of Charleston, and they figures they could duplicate that success at OU and OSU, said Adrian Walker, Norman and Stillwater FreshBerry general manager.
“We know FreshBerry is absolutely perfect for the college life,” Walker said. “And, winning a loyal following is just a matter of becoming involved with campus activities.”
The FreshBerry concept was created by Rutkauskas and his wife Camille. The first FreshBerry store opened in January 2008 in Tulsa. Today there are six FreshBerry Frozen Yogurt Cafés open and more than 255 units in development across Oklahoma, Texas, South Carolina, North Carolina, California, Arizona, New York, Nevada, Florida, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan and Egypt.
