Grand Bank has named Jim Marshall senior vice president of commercial lending for the bank’s Tulsa operation, according to Robin Buerge, bank chairman.
Marshall was most recently senior vice president of commercial lending at F&M Bank and Trust and has 30 years of banking experience in Oklahoma and Texas, including management positions with Stillwater National Bank and Trust, American Bank & Trust, Bank of Commerce, First City Bank (Dallas) and MBank (Dallas).
“Jim is a key addition to our Tulsa commercial lending team as we execute our plan to further concentrate our growth in this market,” said Buerge. “He is well known and highly respected and further strengthens our expertise in real estate, oil and gas, asset-based lending and equipment financing.”
Marshall is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a B.S. degree in finance. He is a member of the board of directors of RARC, Inc., a sheltered workshop organization based in Jenks, and has served on the boards of directors of the Stillwater Group Home and the Stillwater Country Club.
Grand Bank, which has branches in Bixby and Claremore, has total assets of $230 million, up 70 percent since 2005.
