Ground Broken on Brookside ‘Urban Living’ Development

Tulsa’s newest “urban living,” mixed use development came one step closer to reality on Thursday as Jim Glass, head of New Urban LLC, broke ground on a new office and residential development.
The project, which consists of a two-story, 3,000-square-foot office building and eight townhouses is scueduled for completion by next spring.
The estimated cost for the entire project, which was approved by the Tulsa City Council nearly a year ago, should exceed $4 million. The Brookside homes will range from 2,898 to 3,261 SF.
Two of the townhouses, which are offered for sale at $550,000, have already sold.
The office building has already been purchased by Terry Donovan and David Leifeste.
McGraw Davisson Stewart is serving as broker on the project, and construction is headed by Cowen Construction.
