‘Happy Hands’ Grabs Permanent Home

Happy Hands Education Center, Inc. has acquired 89,984 SF of undeveloped land at the corner of Garnett Road and West San Antonio Street in Broken Arrow from Duncan Brothers Properties, L.L.C. for $500,000.

A capital funds drive is planned to build the facility.

Al Proo founded happy Hands in 1993 as a non-profit Christian school for children with communicative disorders. The school currently enrolls 22 students under the age of six.

Gary Fleener of NAI Commercial Properties handled the sale.
