IBC Bank Leases Space For Oklahoma City Headquarters

Continuing its strong expansion in the Oklahoma market, IBC Bank recently executed a new long-term lease in a Class A office building at 3817 Northwest Expressway in Oklahoma City.
IBC will be the anchor tenant, with this location serving as the bank’s Oklahoma headquarters when it opens in late 2008.
“At IBC Bank, we are constantly looking for ways to build and improve the banking experience for our customers through convenient and easy access to financial services,” said Thomas L. Travis, president and CEO of IBC–Oklahoma. “This opening is another step in our expansion efforts across the state and is further evidence of our commitment to giving back to the communities we serve.”
The 10-story, 280,000-SF Class A office building will house IBC Bank’s executive offices and a full-service commercial and retail banking center. The 40,000-SF banking center will offer IBC’s full range of deposit and loan products for personal and business customers and feature an ATM along with a drive-thru motor bank. Customers will also be able to access information about investment and insurance services through IBC Investment Services.
In addition to this new headquarters facility, IBC has opened or refurbished a total of 18 branches in Oklahoma since 2005, bringing the total to 58 branches statewide. IBC plans to open five more branches by the end of 2008, which will result in total expansion costs (since 2005) of $40 million. By the end of 2009, IBC plans to invest an additional $15 million in 10 new facilities, and currently maintains a presence in more than 30 communities in Oklahoma. ?
