JPMorgan Financier Eats In The Raw

Anthony Chan comes to Tulsa about twice a year. The managing director and chief economist for the JPMorgan Private Client provides economic analysis and research while making client presentations.
He also has a favorite restaurant — In the Raw — a sushi bar at 34th Street and Peoria Avenue in Brookside.
Chan was the keynote speaker at the Economic Outlook Conference, presented by the Tulsa Business Journal, on Nov. 16.
This trip, he failed to make it to the sushi bar. Don’t feel bad for him, however.
“We ate at Southern Hills.”
His In the Raw favorites?
The pork gyoza — pan sautéed or deep-fried — for $5.50. Also, he enjoys the raw tuna. There is also the blackened tuna sashimi for $12.95.
