Kenosha Crossing Sells for $2.7 Million

The Kenosha Crossing Shopping Center located at 1208 E Kenosha St. in Broken Arrow, has sold for $2.7 million dollars.

Elizabeth Denner, Mary Katherine Saunders, Robert C. Saunders Jr., and Sally Harry are listed on courthouse documents as the buyers of the 19,140 SF property. The center, which was erected in 1998, appraised for $1.8 million in 2006.

The center is 100 percent leased and its tenants include Edward Jones, Subway, Fitness Together, UPS Store, and Wings to Go.

Blue Heron Commercial Properties 2002 LLC was the seller of the property.

Doug Collins of Collins and Associates represented both parties in the transaction. Collins is also the managing party in Blue Heron.
