L-3 AMI Moves into New Facility

Broken Arrow-based L-3 AMI, part of L-3 Communications, has moves into a 60,000 SF facility that will allow the company to meet the growing demand for the simulator cockpits it builds.
L-3 AMI builds simulator cockpits for the U.S. Air Force F-16 Mission Training Center program, U.S. Navy F/A-18E/F Super Hornet program and U.S. Army Aviation Combined Arms Tactical Trainer program, which includes reconfigurable cockpits that represent the AH-64, UH-60, CH-47 and OH-58 platforms.
In addition, the 105 L-3 AMI employees are building cockpits for A-10 Full Mission Trainers used to train U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard pilots and marine console equipment for Navy personnel to learn how to operate aircraft propulsion systems.
