Forty-six Tulsans have been named to Leadership Tulsa Class 37. Leadership Tulsa participants are selected through a competitive process and participate in a nine month program beginning January 18th to introduce them to all sectors of city leadership. Participants explore the systems and needs of the city, discuss the wide range of issues, and develop skills and contacts to make a positive impact. Participants also participate in service learning opportunities such as non-profit board internships and community projects.

Leadership Tulsa is a non-profit organization that identifies and develops diverse leaders who impact the community through service. More than 1600 individuals have participated in the program since its inception in 1973. Leadership Tulsa also hosts an Executive Leadership Series, a Youth Leadership Program and a new one-day community orientation program targeted at corporate teams called “Tulsa at a Glance.”
