Library Groundbreaking at OU-Tulsa Today

Groundbreaking for the $8.5 million, 22,000 SF Schusterman Library on the OU-Tulsa Schusterman Center Campus is at 3 p.m. Monday.
The ceremony, which begins at 3 p.m., will be on the east side of campus north of Boren Blvd., 4502 E. 41st St. on the OU-Tulsa Schusterman Center campus.
The new Schusterman Library will be a free-standing building that more than doubles the size of the current library, housed in the administration building. The OU-Tulsa library is available to all students, faculty and staff. It is also open to the community.
Funding for the new building is provided by the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation and the State Higher Education Bond Issue passed by the Oklahoma Legislature.
