The manufactured housing industry launches the Great Southwest Home Show in response to the oil and gas industry’s high demand for products.
The show will be held Wednesday and Thursday, April 29-30, at the QuikTrip Center at Expo Square.
The event will showcase the latest benchmarks in manufactured housing, and is expected to draw retailers, developers, community and economic development officials and others from the southwest including Kansas, Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.
The show is a great opportunity to attract those in the industry to Tulsa,” said Doug Gorman, Show chairman.
“We have a great working relationship with Expo Square, and we know this will be an economic development opportunity for the community,” he said.
A special reception for local public and elected officials is planned 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday.
