Micco Aircraft Co. has relocated from Fort Pierce, Fla. to Frank Phillips Field in Bartlesville. The company, which employs four, plans to expand to 60 employees by the end of 2007. The city of Bartlesville is providing Micco with six months of rent-free hangars at Phillips Field as part of a relocation incentive package. James Billie, former chairman of the Seminole Tribe of Florida, is CEO of Micco. The company plans to be in production by April. In addition to the manufacture of planes, Micco will offer a service center and Federal Aviation Administration repair station at the site.
