Oklahoma State University Medical Center has announced the formation of the Oklahoma State University Medical Group.
The founding practices include Danny Thomason, DO and Charles Glendenning, DO in West Tulsa; Dennis McClary, DO, Yvan Thomas, DO and Billy Nordyke, DO in Downtown Tulsa; and James Burlson, DO and Stephanie Burlson, DO in Glenpool. Additional practice locations are planned to open throughout the greater Tulsa area later this spring.
The newly renamed Oklahoma State University Medical Center, formally Tulsa Regional Medical Center, has undertaken a massive transformation, including the investment of tens of millions of dollars to upgrade the facility and equipment. By partnering with the hospital, these physicians ensure their patients will receive the most advanced treatment options should the need arise.
“OSU Medical Group’s name reflects OSU Medical Center’s close association with these practices and the commitment from our hospital and these physicians to excellence in healthcare,” Bonick said.
To celebrate the OSU Medical Group, there will be an OSU Medical Group Open House at the West Tulsa location (4739 South Union Ave,) on Saturday, March 10th, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. The OSU Mobile Telemedicine Clinic and Pistol Pete will be on-site. Health screenings will be provided free to the public and there will be a Kids Zone, including a basketball contest with giveaway.
