Dobson Brothers Construction has been awarded a $13.2 million contract for repairs to the Cimarron Turnpike.
The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority has also awarded a $109,000 to Poe and Associates of Tulsa for work on the Stillwater spur of the highway.
Dobson Brothers Construction, a Lincoln, Nebraska based company, is set to begin paving the eight-mile stretch in November. The project will take about 230 days to complete.
According to the company’s website, Dobson Brothers has completed over $200 million in projects in Oklahoma, including a $9.5 million Cimmaron Turnpike project at Noble and a $12.5 million worth of work on the Broken Arrow Turnpike.
