Oltman Breaks Ground on North Tulsa Development

Mayor Kathy Taylor and Tulsa Development Authority Chairman Carl Bracy were on hand March 20 to help celebrate the groundbreaking of a new housing development on North Cincinnati Avenue.
Developer Don Oltman of Oltman Homes plans to build 33 homes on the site, located between Oklahoma Street and Latimer Place.
The gated community will feature rear entry garages and wrought-iron fences along North Cincinnati Avenue. Homes will range from 1,300 to 1,700 SF with prices between $120,000 and $130,000.
The development is being built on land acquired by the TDA between 1994 and 1996.
The TDA conveyed the tract to Oltman Homes on Jan. 25 with a finished redeveloped value of $4.85 million. The re-platted neighborhood contains 12 building sites from Oklahoma Street to Newton Street, 12 sites from Newton Street to Marshall Street, and 12 sites from Marshall Street to Latimer Place. Three interior building sites are reserved for green space.
