Ottawa County Buys Former IBC Building

Ottawa County has purchased the IBC Bank property in Miami, Okla., for $640,000.
International Bank of Commerce was the seller of the property, which encompasses 1.5 acres and contains a vacant 6,000-SF building.
The building, at 123 E. Central St., adjacent to the Ottawa County Court House, will be remodeled and made home to the Ottawa County Attorney’s Office and Ottawa County Utilities Department.
The Oklahoma Department of Commerce/Office of Community Development awarded about $171,000 in grant funding to be used toward the purchase of the former bank building.
Tony Lombardi and Stan Frisbie of Stan Frisbie Real Estate LLC represented both parties in the transaction.
