Peachtree Apartments Sold

Glenpool’s Peachtree Apartments, 1050 E. 141st St., have been sold for $925,000 to Oklahoma Holdings LLC.
Charles Cordoza of San Diego is listed on courthouse documents as the seller of the property.
Peachtree includes 44, 450-SF, one-bedroom units and garners an annual rental income of $167,200. Occupancy at the time of purchase was 95 percent.
Carl Quist, of Chinowth & Cohen Commercial, the broker of the transaction, noted the new owners of the property were planning to remodel most of the existing units over the next 12 months.
