Peak UpTime Acquires Tulsa-based ConXts

Peak UpTime has acquired ConXts Technology Solutions, a technology company focused on the K-12 education market. The combined offerings strengthens the company’s position in the K-12 education market and brings current ConXts clients access to broader offerings in Applications, Managed Services and Infrastructure solutions.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Gordon Martin, president of Peak UpTime, said all ConXts team members will remain in place and continue to serve schools, children, and communities with Value, Integrity and Passion. “The recent acquisition of ConXts demonstrates our on-going commitment to our education partners with broader offerings, capability and technology leadership in our schools. We are pleased to deepen our commitment to the education market,” stated Martin. The combined entity will bring significant technology capability in data security, data management, data storage, network and infrastructure engineering, and integration of business critical applications with software architecture, design and development.
Peak UpTime is headquartered in Tulsa, with presence throughout Oklahoma, Kansas City, Texas and Louisiana. The company has been growing significantly both organically and through acquisition over the last several years.
