Real estate firm Phillips Edison & Co. said it has made its first entry into Oklahoma with the purchase of a strip shopping center.
The company said in a news release that it has acquired Windsor Hills Shopping Center in Oklahoma City. The purchase price was not disclosed.
The 204,000 SF center is anchored by Big Lots.
The center is the third acquisition for the Phillips Edison since mid-September. It also purchased Hillsboro Town Center in Hillsboro, Ore., and Rivergate Square in Madison, Tenn., this month.
Phillips Edison, with offices in Blue Ash, Baltimore and Salt Lake City, specializes in acquiring and renovating underperforming retail centers. The company owns and manages 122 shopping centers totaling more than 15 million square feet.
