Port Buying 525 Acres

The Tulsa-Rogers County Port Authority plans to purchase 525 acres of land south of the port’s existing 2000 acre industrial park from the Tulsa Industrial Development LP and developer Philip Seltzer of Philadelphia for $2.5 million.

The land was partially developed in the early 1970s to provide waterfront terminal sites as part of a development then known as Tulsa Transport Terminal.

The port’s industrial complex offers industrial sites for lease, and its Riverview Business Park offers property for sale. Together they are home to approximately 62 companies with 3,700 employees.
