Postal Service Previews Stamps

The postal service provides a sneak peek at 2009 commemorative stamps covering a range of subjects from celebrations of statehood to poet Edgar Allen Poe.
An independent federal agency, the U.S. Postal Service delivers to 146 million homes and businesses and has 37,000 retail locations. USPS relies on the sale of postage, products and services to pay for operating expenses and has annual revenue of $75 billion.
