QuikTrip Corp. has purchased a 103,646 SF site, about 2.379 acres, at the northeast corner of Olive (S. 129th East Avenue) and Kenosha (71st Street) in Broken Arrow.
The seller of the property was Bricktown West LLC and the sale price was $1.81 million.
Grover Bauer, CCIM, SIOR, with Bauer & Associates was the transaction broker for the buyer and the seller.
The tract is in the Bricktown West development alongside Ted’s Cafe Escondido and the newly opened Copeland’s of New Orleans. There are three remaining office/commercial lots available in Phase I of Bricktown West, with an adjoining 6.6-acre tract to be developed in Phase II.
