South Tulsa Hilton Completes $7 Million Renovation

The Hilton Tulsa Southern Hills has completed a $7 million renovation that included the upgrade of all 287 of the hotel’s guest rooms.
The project, which included the construction of 9 new suites, also saw upgrades to the hotel’s public areas, banquet rooms, Legends Grill restaurant, Falls Lounge, indoor pool and fitness center.
Among the changes to the property include the installation of imported Indian stone, a glass-enclosed pool with retractable roof and a waterfall in the Falls Lounge. Legends Grill restaurant also received a total renovation. In addition to new carpet and furniture, all guestrooms were completely refinished and contain at least one 32-inch plasma television.
Additional hotel amenities including a full-service Starbucks store in the lobby and the installation of wireless Internet.
The hotel, located at 7900 South Lewis Ave. now includes 12,000 SF of refurbished meeting space that can be divided into 19 configurations, including a theater that can seat 10-500 people. The hotel originally opened in 1982 and prior to the recent renovation, was last updated in 1997.
