The Tulsa Hotel and Lodging Association’s October 19 luncheon will feature a presentation of The Channels project.
The luncheon will be held in the Philbrook Museum of Art’s Williams Conference Room, Lower Level. It is located at 2727 S. Rockford Road. Registration will begin at 11:30 a.m., and a buffet lunch by la Villa Restaurant will be served at noon.
The Channels is a project of Tulsa Stakeholders, Inc., a non-profit organization formed to fund and promote an Arkansas River development project.
To start the project, the group commissioned world-famous urban planner and waterfront expert Bing Thom to develop a plan that would transform the future of the Tulsa region.
The THLA luncheon is your opportunity to learn more about this plan and how it could dramatically change our city.
The cost of the luncheon and presentation is $25 for THLA members and $35 for non-members. Reservations should be made by October 17. Contact Ann Marie Edwards at 918-744-6515.
