Brookside’s newest addition, The Brasserie Restaurant & will open Friday at 3509 S. Peoria Ave., in 3,200 SF of remodeled space that formally housed Monte’s Chop House and Montrachet Wine Bar and Bistro.
The restaurant is expected to add 25 jobs to Tulsa’s popular dining, entertainment and retail district.
The Brasserie is owned and operated by Tim Baker and offers French-inspired cuisine. Justin Thompson, formerly of Ciao, Baby!, will be the executive chef. Baker previously served as operating partner for Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar.
“We’ve made a substantial investment in the remodeling of this favorite Brookside location and are excited about the interior design plans prepared for us by Mary Jo and Dale Gillman,” he said.
The Brasserie also features 70 wines by the glass with an additional 30 to 50 wines available only by the bottle on the reserve list. Full bar service will be available Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
