Tornado Studios Brings Talented Team to Tulsa

The leaders of the Tornado Studios team possess a vast amount of industry experience creating many of the world’s biggest selling games, which have generated nearly $2 billion in gross sales, said Tom Kudisrka, president and CEO.
Tom Kudirka, President, CEO
Tom Kudirka is the founder and president of Tornado Studios. He is best known for his company Tulsa-based 2015 Inc., which developed the critically acclaimed titles “Medal of Honor: Allied Assault” and “Men of Valor.” With more than 12 years of expertise in the video game business, Kudirka has a reputation for assembling powerful development teams. He has the vision and expertise to take a product from the conception stage to a final product that generates revenue.
Rich Valiquette, Director of Development
Rich Valiquette has more than 10 years of project management and team leadership experience, working on multiple titles with publishing giant Electronic Arts. He has a reputation in the industry for quality and innovation. His most recent title, the world’s No. 1 golf video game franchise “Tiger Woods PGA Tour,” sold more than 1 million copies worldwide in less than one month.
Scott Neumann, Chief Technical Officer
Scott Neumann is one of the most talented programmers in the video games industry. He has shipped a multitude of titles on every major platform. He specialized in developing new innovative technologies needed for some of Electronic Arts biggest titles including Madden Football, NCAA Football and the NASCAR racing series. After developing several games while acting as a lead programmer, Neumann left Electronic Arts to join id Software as a lead engineer. He was responsible for the primary development of QUAKE LIVE. His team at id developed several new technologies to deliver content over the Internet directly to gamers and established a game development model funded by dynamic in-game advertisements. In addition, he assisted with id’s other popular first person shooters such as Enemy Territory: Quake Wars.
Kris Jackson, Creative Director
A 13-year veteran in the video game industry, Kris Jackson has worked as a level designer, game designer, writer and lead game designer, and has been either a senior or lead designer over the last nine years. In addition to designing and building game levels, Jackson has designed realistic AI, weapons and battle-chatter systems. In addition to design duties, he has written voice-overs and directed actors during voice over sessions. Jackson’s titles range from license-based (Scooby Doo: Night of 100 Frights, 2.5 million copies sold, and Superman Returns: The Videogame) to gritty cinematic first person shooters (Lead Designer – “Men of Valor,” “SWAT: The Element”). He has worked closely with law enforcement and/or military advisors during the design stages of several projects, including “Men of Valor” and “SWAT,” ensuring a high level of accuracy in all facets of design.
