Tulsa Commercial Real Estate Market Ranks Nationally

Expansion Management Magazine has ranked Tulsa as the second- best national real estate market for expanding companies.
The rankings are performed from the perspective of the business executive. Cities are ranked on location choice and property price, are broken down by distinct segments such as: the downtown central business district; the suburban office; and the industrial/warehouse.
This year’s list included the publication’s top choice New Orleans, followed by Tulsa, El Paso, Birmingham, Ala., Oklahoma City, Columbus, Ohio, Dallas-Fort Worth, San Antonio, Greenville-Spartanburg, S.C., and Memphis.
The magazine ranked the markets by information gathered from: the “National Real Estate Index”, published by Global Real Analytics; Grubb and Ellis, a commercial real estate advisory firm which publishes “Office Market Trends” and “Industrial Market Trends”; R.S. Means’ “Construction Cost Estimator” for new construction data; and CB Richard Ellis’ “National Office Vacancy Rate.”
