Tulsa Developer Opens $160 Million Colorado Project

Everest Development Co. recently held a public grand opening for the first units for its high-end condominium towers project, The Landmark, located in Greenwood Village, Colo.
The 15-acre, project is being built by Everest Development Co. of Tulsa. Construction on the $160 million project started in 2005.
Developer and owner Zack Davidson is most well known for his One Embarcadero South condo project in San Francisco. The National Association of Home Builders named the project; completed in 2002, top condominium community in the country.
The Landmark project was a finalist for the NAHB’s 2007 community of the year award for its product type.
The project’s $160 million first phase includes two condo towers with a total of 250 units, and a 168,000-SF retail center called The Village Shops at The Landmark, which is scheduled to be completed this year.
A second phase of the project called The Brownstones is slated to include 160 town homes and 10 single-family homes. Brownstone units are being marketed for $1.5 million to $2.7 million each.
