Tulsa Distribution Center Sells for $8.7 Million

A group of investors has paid $8.7 million for a five-building warehouse complex known as the Tulsa Distribution Center, 4477 S. 70th Ave., in the Katy Freeway Industrial Park.
The complex, which was sold by New York-based Tulsa Distribution LP, was built in 1962 and contains 458,290 SF.
Participating in the purchase of the property, which, with 183,316 available SF, represents the second largest block of available industrial warehouse space in the Tulsa market, were the Robert A. Taylor Trust, La Vida Loca LLC, City Retail Investors LLC, Raymond A. Miller Jr., RiverCity Realty LLC, SDT LLC, MMO LLC, Jerilyn Palmer, Dannie Mac and Mary L. Martin, Beaverdale Investments LLC, Adela B. Mitchell Trust and Thomas J. O’Brien Living Trust.
Current warehouse tenants for the 60 percent occupied property include Belfonte Ice Cream and Dairy Foods, Sunshine Furniture Warehouse, Master Packaging Chili Bowl, Mill Creek and D&M Distribution.
