The Tulsa Press Club & Benevolent Association has named its 2009 officers and board of directors.
Dan Harrison, vice president of investor relations and public affairs of Oneok Inc. is president; Andrea Myers, communication specialist for Williams, is vice president; Mercedes Millberry, community relations director for Operation Aware, is secretary; and Jesse Boudiette, corporate communications manager of Bank of Oklahoma, is treasurer.
New directors joining the board are: Leah Harper of Tulsa Community College and Tim Jackson of Jackson Technical.

Surgical Associates Adds Physician, Returning Partner
Tulsa-based Surgical Associates adds Brandon D. Varnell, MD, and returning partner W. Christopher Sutterfield, MD, to its practice at 6465 S. Yale Ave..
Varnell joined Surgical Associates after completing a fellowship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center that focused on minimally invasive surgery and advanced laparoscopy techniques.
A Surgical Associates partner from 2000 to 2003, Sutterfield spent the past six years practicing surgery in Dalton, Ga., where he most recently served as Hamilton Medical Center trauma director. He returned to Surgical Associates in January and specializes in laparoscopic, endocrine and breast surgery.
Varnell and Sutterfield are both Tulsa-area natives. Varnell received his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1998 and his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 2002. Sutterfield attended Tulsa Junior College and OU in Norman. In 1995, he received his medical degree from OU’s Health Sciences Center and later completed his residency at James H. Quillen College of Medicine at East Tennessee University.
Both physicians are board certified by the American Board of Surgery. Varnell and Sutterfield are active in many medical organizations, including the Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons, the American Medical Association and the American College of Surgeons.
Rosenstein, Fist & Ringold Adds Member, Associate
Rosenstein, Fist & Ringold has made Eric D. Wade a member of the firm. Wade was admitted to the Oklahoma bar in 2001. His undergraduate degree is from Oklahoma State University, B.S., 1998, and law degree is from the University of Tulsa, JD with honors, 2001. While in law school, Wade was articles editor of the Tulsa Law Review (2000-2001) and a member of the Order of the Curule Chair. Wade has been employed by Rosenstein, Fist & Ringold since 2001.
Micah T. Zomer has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Zomer was admitted to the Oklahoma bar in 2008. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Tulsa, B.S., with honors, 2002, and his law degree is from the University of Oklahoma, J.D., 2008. While in law school, Zomer was Symposium Editor of the American Indian Law Review and in Fall 2005, was awarded an Academic Achievement Award for Legal Research & Writing. Zomer’s article, “Returning Sovereignty to the Osage Nation: A Legislative Remedy Allowing the Osage to Determine Their Own Membership and System of Government,” was published in the fall 2008 issue of the American Indian Law Review.
ClearRidge Capital Names Graham Senior Associate
ClearRidge Capital, an Oklahoma provider of restructuring, merger & acquisition and corporate finance services for midsize companies, has expanded its restructuring team with the addition of Patrick Graham, a professional with industry experience from European and U.S. middle market investment banking and finance.
ClearRidge also expanded to 2,000 SF of new office space on the ground floor of the Philtower Building at Fifth Street and Boston Avenue.
Prior to joining ClearRidge, Patrick worked for Trigon Group, a full service international investment banking boutique headquartered in Warsaw, Poland. While working for Trigon, Patrick specialized in mergers and acquisitions across Europe. His experience included M&A projects spanning the U.S., UK, Germany, Italy, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Czech Republic and Slovakia. In addition to his M&A experience, Patrick brings strength in financial modeling and valuation.
Before completing his MBA and moving to Poland, Patrick worked in corporate finance with Level 3 Communications (formerly Wiltel Communications) in Tulsa. He earned his MBA from Oklahoma State University and his bachelor’s from The University of Oklahoma.

Soul√? will manage a team of account executives in selling digital forensics products and services to law firms and corporations. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor of arts in journalism, Soul√? previously worked for Wiltel Communications as an account executive in carrier sales, where she was responsible for selling Wiltel’s fiberoptic network to other long distance companies. She later became the director of sales for Premiere Communications, where her primary responsibilities included sales of calling card services to telecommunications companies and managing a group of sales executives. ?′
