Tulsa-based Twenty First Properties Expands into OKC

Twenty First Properties Inc., a Tulsa real estate investment company, has acquired a $5.5 million warehouse distribution property at 421 N. Portland Ave. in Oklahoma City.
Previously known as the Unisource Distribution Building, the 156,000 SF facility was built in 1996 and is vacant. The transaction brings the total of Twenty First Properties’ holdings to more than 3.2 million SF of offices, warehouses, retail sites, and apartments in Oklahoma, Texas, Florida, and South Carolina.
In addition to the recently purchased Oklahoma City property, Twenty First Properties owns a 133,000 SF Distribution Warehouse in Norman. In Tulsa, Twenty First Properties owns or controls the Black Acre Office Building, Country Hollow West Office Building, Eleventh and Denver Office Building, Fox Plaza Office Building, Midway Office Building, Oakcliff Terrace Office Buildings, Parkland Plaza Office Building, The Prism Building, Shadow Mountain Office Center, Mingo Valley Shopping Center, Owasso Retail Center, Regency Center, and Broken Arrow Warehouse.
In early 2005, The company purchased the six-story, 155,000 SF, Triad II building at 7465 E. 63rd Place in Tulsa for $7.2 million. American Airlines accounting offices occupy approximately 55,000 SF of the Triad II building.
