The Oklahoma Department of Commerce announced yesterday that Tulsa-based technology firm Vidoop LLC has joined the Oklahoma Quality Jobs Program.
Under the Quality Jobs Program, Vidoop plans to add 525 jobs over the next 10 years. The company currently employs 10.
Over the next decade, the company could receive benefits of up to $8.35 million for creating the jobs. The Quality Jobs program is designed to assist growing companies that do a minimum of 75 percent of total sales to out-of-state customers.
Most companies must achieve a $2.5 million taxable payroll for any four consecutive quarters during the first 12 quarters in the program. Once the company achieves the threshold, it may remain in the program for the rest of the 10-year period.
According to the Oklahoma Department of Commerce website, other companies joining the program include OnviSource Inc., which plans to add 226 in Enid, and Ventura Refining and Transmission LLC, which plans to add 42 jobs.
