WCA Waste Acquires Oklahoma Waste Company

WCA Waste Corporation announced today the completion of five acquisitions located in Texas, Oklahoma, Alabama and North Carolina.

The company completed the acquisition of Waste Pro Services, LLC located in Houston on October 1, 2007. Waste Pro currently operates 17 routes bringing the total number of routes run by WCA in the Houston metropolitan area to in excess of 100.

On October 1, 2007 the company also completed two tuck-in acquisitions in North Carolina, purchasing 11 routes in Greensboro and 4 routes in Raleigh.

WCA acquired five-truck, Ardmore-based Big Red Containers, Inc. on August 15, 2007.

Additionally, on September 4, 2007, WCA completed the acquisition of Roll-Off Rentals, a three-truck collection company in Huntsville, Alabama.
