Wallace Restoring Another Brady District Building

Tom Wallace, CEO of Tulsa-based Wallace Engineering, has broken ground on an adaptive reuse project in downtown’s Brady District that will house Walsh Branding, a current tenant of Wallace’s 200 Brady Building.
The 9,000 SF building will triple Walsh’s current space and will retain much of the building’s exterior warehouse appearance while including 23 workstations, 12 offices, a kitchen, breakroom, 2 conference rooms and a creative “war room.” The building will provide about 5,800 SF for support staff while maintaining 3,200 for office space.
The project, which is projected to cost $2.3 million and will include a 2,400 SF second-floor apartment, is located at 300 E. Brady St., just east of both companies’ current location.
