Wallace to Renovate Downtown Warehouse

Tom and Susan Wallace dba Two-Hundred East Brady LLC has purchased the Holloway Wire Rope Building at 302 E. Brady St. from the Tulsa Development Authority.
A contract for the 21,700-SF property was executed in August for a purchase price of $261,500. The transaction is expected to occur by the end of March 2008.
The new owners plan to renovate the warehouse by late next summer, converting it to new office space for Walsh Associates, a branding consultant, and its sister company Scizzortell, a firm that specializes in web and interactive development.
The Holloway Wire Rope Building was built in 1937, and is an example of industrial warehouse architecture of the 1930s. Designers for the renovation will include Selser Schaefer Architects, Wallace Engineering Structural Consultants, Phillips & Bacon Inc. and Jacob Braun Company. The design team previously completed an adaptive reuse project in 2006 the 200 East Brady Building that won a Tulsa Preservation Award from the Tulsa Preservation Commission.
Walsh Associates and Scizzortell are currently located at 200 East Brady and will move their offices to 302 E. Brady when renovations are complete.
