Warehouse Sells for $710,000

Investment Property Exchange Services Inc., a California corporation, as qualified intermediary for Paul F. Johnson and Ronda S. Johnson, has purchased a multiple tenant industrial building at 4248 S. 76th E. Ave. in Tulsa.
The seller of the property was Tee Pee Properties LLC. Owasso resident James Kelley is registered with the Oklahoma Secretary of State as the registered agent for Tee Pee Properties.
The purchase price for the 26,880-SF building was $710,000. The building sits on a 93,881-SF site and will continue as a multiple tenant industrial warehouse.
