For the first time in two years, Williams’ overall headcount is back above

More than 1-in-4 employees — or nearly 1,100 — work in Tulsa, said Kelly
Swan, Williams’ spokesman.
For the year, employment at Williams is up nearly 9 percent – which
represents 317 new hires and rehires companywide.
With 4,030 people in 27 states, along with Canada and Venezuela, Williams is
putting a lot of emphasis on staffing, recruiting and employee retention and

“It’s a very fulfilling and rewarding time to be at the company,” she said.
